We want you to love your new wheels, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure the wheels and plugs are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn Heelys back in their original shoebox, ensuring the wheel kit and tool are included, then secure the box inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
